We are very proud of our dedicated care team who are selected for their ability to provide the highest quality care and support with compassion and sensitivity. We follow stringent recruitment procedures and strict government guidelines with all carers being subjected to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Our carers are loyal people from a wide range of backgrounds, bringing different skills and life experiences. What they have in common is a passion for care and the satisfaction they gain from the ability to make a difference to someone’s life.
Our carers are trained to offer choice and promote independence according to your individual needs. We understand and respect your privacy and dignity and are aware that we are guests in your home.

We also provide comprehensive induction training and support for all new staff. We provide various training courses to empower and encourage staff with skills required to maintain the highest standards of care we expect and you deserve. Trained to a minimum of at least Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, our staff are kind, caring, polite and professional.
